L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine is an amino acid, needed for protein synthesis, which can be produced by the body. As the body cannot produce enough for our needs, some must still be consumed in the diet or as a supplement. Amino acids are the building blocks of protein which contributes to the maintenance and growth of muscle mass and maintenance of normal bones.
